Provided clients with 24/7/365 total system monitoring of hundreds of systems, with thousands of servers for a multitude of clients. Key Achievements: Trained on and qualified in minimum time frame to run the 3 specific stations within the ECC / CSO. Adjusted personal schedule fulfilling a needed position on night check – 7pm to 7am. Was the “go-to” person for making difficult call outs to various support personnel and providing bridge call support for all involved.
