Key Achievements: Lead a team of 8 engineers and technicians, assigned to DoD/U.S. Air Force support, all of whom have grown to C-Level company officers to Directors and even 2 starting and running their own companies. Acquired Server+, a 4th lifetime CompTIA certification, the first engineer to earn a certification within Lannan Technologies. Built up, deployed, and maintained Lannan Tech’s single server for production, housing multiple clienteles’ data concurrently. Obtained the CompTIA Team Award for Lannan Technologies Supported 4 separate and distinct & diverse clientele in varied industries, concurrently. Verbalized Lannan Tech’s unofficial mantra: “Being flexible is not flexible enough, you have to be fluid.” For CHN/Clinical Health Network, The Depot Lead for app. 1 year turning around expectations from previous contractor, rapidly drawing down thousands of outstanding issues to less than 35 active tickets in that 1-year time. Spent 3 months in Boston, adjusting an old, abandoned server room to house Depot activities, and deployed the first set of computers out within 3 days of arrival. Single-handedly accounted weekly for inventory including 37 pallets of mixed gear. Transitioned Depot activities from Boston to Ponte Vedra, FL. Obtained HIPAA compliance for all contracted individuals. Managed up to 8 people daily, ensuring activities contributed to the Depot’s output, or any special project completion. Responsible for Depot inventory, valued from 1.2 to 15mil pending on thruput. Hand crafted a dashboard interpreting ITSM data displaying daily Depot requirements and related inventory. Acting as the factotum for Edmunds Law, our shared spaces client, for all their related needs; office furniture procurement to MS Exchange connection issues. Set the standard for onboarding new users, to include everything from the owners and end users’ perspective, and steps needed afterwards for security. Enhanced this client’s relationship providing friendly and competent support during emergency situations. Provides wisdom and guidance for everyone who is respectful enough to listen, as timely appropriate. Has a willingness to assist with everything and anything and brings the tools needed to do so. The first to think and plan before jumping into action, looking before leaping, skirting failed 1st attempts. Spends time in retrospection, documenting events with proposed solutions that will prevent issues going forward.
