Provided technical support resolving hardware issues for over 700 end users in the main local building and specialized in setting up and supporting of all remote/job site setups. Key Achievements: Conducted end user support via telephone; troubleshooted computers via remote control programs. Identified and isolated server-related issues with Active Directory, BES and Exchange that was causing intermittent problems.
