Provided dozens of local businesses in Duval County with any & all IT support they required, from hands-on instructions to remote system health & motorizing, and the wiring in between. Key Achievements: Provided clients with end user, server and network design, support, and maintenance. Conducted computer support on-site and via remote control. Installed, as requested, various systems and programs including wall mounted flat panel displays for boardrooms and personal use. Wired offices with network, telephone, and cable wiring as needed to accommodate the clients’ networking needs. Identified and utilized free VPN systems providing secure & controlled off-site backup of critical systems.
