Single-handedly scheduled and unscheduled warranty work, including on-site visits and walk-in customers. Key Achievements: Recruited to provide walk-in customer support and warranty repairs. Recognized for growing warranty revenues from less than $3K per month to over $10K and achieving a one-month record of $18K. Led implementation of dedicated Tech Bench area for testing and troubleshooting of hardware/software with power, video, mouse, network connections, and dial up modems available at each station. Re-positioned over 100 satellite dishes at gas stations in a tri-county area to a functioning satellite when the PANAMSAT’s Galaxy-4 satellite failed in orbit; re-calibrated each effected computer, tested for functionality enabling each gas station to verify credit card purchases. Troubleshooted and repaired desktops, laptops, printers, and monitors for walk-in customers. Obtained many hardware specific certifications for Compaq/HP/IBM/Toshiba desktops, laptops, and printers. Handpicked by Panasonic Field Instructor to lead and begin warranty work on their new CF-25 laptop systems.
