Provided clients with 24/7/365 total systems support for the TAC-SWACAA Div of ITT in the Middle East, actioning co-ordination and support for NIPR/SIPR/Centrix networks, computers, and servers at Bagram Airfield for all parties utilizing them, US Army, DoD, Civilian Contractor, Foreign National Military, Government agencies, CIA, FBI. Key Achievements: Setup, wrote procedures on, and fine-tuned, taught personnel on the FOG system, a utility that allowed technicians to reduce the work time on reloading a computer from 6 to 7 hours to 30 minutes. The technician of choice for many soldiers and technicians, personally sought by clients seeking advice with compliance adherence or assistance on technical issues on a 24/7/365 basis.
